Smoothly done, with a selection of drinks at reasonably prices and decor evocative of the days of gangsters and their molls in Al Capone's Chicago, this venue actually has a theme that is coherent and appears to work.
While Chicago 1933 bills itself as a restobar, it is in truth a little closer to the bar side of things than to the restaurant side, if the preferences of the clients are anything to go by.
That's not to say that the food is anything less than one would expect from a restaurant, but you are more likely to find yourself here later in the evening, enjoying the company of your Bad Al or Moll.
