When a restaurant uses categories like 'indulge' and 'ascend', instead of 'food' and 'floors' on their website, you know exactly what type of pretentious, high-class joint it's trying to be. Of course there's nothing wrong with being high-class, and some would even argue that a little pretentiousness rarely goes amiss... No, the problem with such places is that they set themselves these dizzy heights and then fall embarrassingly short. Not so with the winged Pegasus however. The sublime, modern spaces they've created on the first and second 'ascendencies' of their restaurant are quite extraordinary, and the innovative fusion food is close to divine. Meanwhile the minimalist bar on the ground floor is an essential rendez-vous for cocktail-drinking posers. Another Martini, darling?

delicious. We've only stayed in Tallin for 4 days but have eaten twice at Pegasus. Great cooking.
Sehr lecker. Wir waren nur für 4 Tage in Tallinn, haben hier aber gleich zwei Mal gegessen. Sehr gute Küche, netter Service.
Visited many restaurants in Tallinn but Pegasus definetly cooks real quality food. Prices are very good compared to other places that I visited in Tallinn. Service is friendly and descreet, Saturday live jazz is absolutely stunning.
elitist is a good description, but not in a bad way. Nice retreat to suck back some beers in the tallinn sun!
