I had dinner twice in there. Found the sushi good, very well presented and prepared in reasonable time, even when the place was busy. Service was chilly but efficient.
We came here four years ago and were impressed by the understated quality of the cuisine and the friendly professionalism of the staff. However, on a visit this month we had an entirely different experience. I took a photo of my girlfriend and a waitress quickly came over quite aggressively to tell me that photographs were not allowed. I challenged her as to why, the wind was removed from her sails and she seemed embarrassed, explaining the owner doesn't like it. I asked if I could speak to him but he refused. Altogether the service was poor, the staff rude, the tempura soggy and the sushi below the standard of prepacked supermarket fare. Best avoided. Don't bring your camera!
