Estonia has over 300 wireless internet hotspots, many of which are in the capital and you'll be able to find rather easily thanks to their clearly marked orange and black signs. Not lugging a laptop? No problem - just 'follow the white rabbit' to Neo Internet Cafe. This place is so futuristic, it can hardly be coincidence that it shares the name of Keanu Reeves' character from the 'Matrix' trilogy. Open 24 hours, Neo Internet Cafe has plenty of terminals and top-of-the-line equipment in the centre of the Old Town. An hour of web use will set you back roughly 35EEK and full printing services are also available. So get out your black vinyl pants and trenchcoat and fly (in slow motion, of course) into Neo's matrix.
