If you're arriving in Tallinn by air, why not start your holiday in style by jumping into an Avis car right at the international airport. They're open from five in the morning, right through to two in the morning, seven days a week. If you're already in town, no problem, you can drop by their office at Parnu Mnt 141, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm, to sort yourself out some wheels (be sure to mention the special code "o788355" to get started). Avis have got a great fleet of cars ready to drive away including, Opel Corsas, Toyota Corellas and if you really wanted to go big time, they've even got Cadillacs.
To book, check the selection online, or to find out more just go to the site, click 'Display Rental Agreement' and hit 'Ask Avis'. Avis' English language website should be able to answer all your queries and if it can't, you can contact them directly.
And once you're all buckled up and raring to go, the delights of Tallinn and its surroundings are yours to discover. If you fancy a bit of a get-away from hordes of tourists why not zip down to Kadriorg, a sweet little suburb where you'll find traditional Estonian cottages, plenty of green spaces to drift off in and even an imperial villa built for the Russian Empress Catherine.

Booked and paid fully online. Delivery was 10 minutes late (D-terminal in harbor). Car was brand new and excellent. 4 stars so far. I returned the car as advised (full tank) on sunday.
But next week they charged my credit card extra 36 % without any explanations - totally unforgivable.
Make sure your car doesnt have any scratches on before you drive away. I had to pay because I missed something in the rain.
