Libraries in Tallinn

This is exactly my favourite type of place! Wonderful that it exists!

this is another great example of Estonians forward thinking and openness. The central library foreign literature department is a great resource for everyone and helps promote different cultures and generally speaking educates and increases awareness. thanks tallinn
