Xocolat was one of Vienna's first specialist shops for connoisseurs of the cocoa bean, and they've got their radars switched on for any new bleeps in the chocolate galaxy. The golden rule is no preservatives and only the best beans, and chocolate aficionados will find acclaimed international brands such as Domori, Gobino,Dagoba, Cluizel, Valrhona, Rausch, Rovira and many, many more. Meanwhile, Austrian confectioners are not left out in the cold. Check out Zotter, Hagmann and Hochleitner for a taste of some local confectionery legends.
