This one's tucked away in the mellow Uzupis district, and Big Lebowski fans will be pleased to hear that the chill factor of the area would certainly meet the approval of The Dude. Stroll down the hill and drop into one of the bars by the river for a round of White Russians. Technically you're not really allowed to get too jiggy with it back at the hostel itself, where boozing and smoking in rooms doesn't go down well, but given that there are plenty of hangouts nearby, this is a small quibble.
