Whilst Liverpool, home city of the Beatles, is donning the crown of European Capital of Culture in 2008, next year will see Vilnius step into the spotlight.

It's a big occasion for the Lithuanian capital, and all kinds of inspiring ideas are being thrown into the cauldron.
