Despite its overall lack of charisma, this spot still manages to pack 'em in. A surprisingly popular bar/restaurant, particularly with twenty- and thirty-somethings, we can only surmise that it's Savas Kampas' utter lack of pretention that makes it a success. The casual, democratic space creates an easy-going atmosphere that's hard to fault - though the same logic shouldn't necessarily be applied to the often neglectful service and uninspired cooking. Here, the virtue is the fact that you know what you're gonna get when you walk in the door; so if you're looking for a relaxed place to share cheap pizza and a few rounds with a table of friends...well, you're probably already here. If not, look for the tacky saxophone with a slice of lemon they call a sign.

Pretty standard fare, but I have always found the staff to be friendly, which is not always the case in Vilnius....
third time here last week over 4 years reliable lively place we call it the cheap whiskey bar, friendly staff and have eaten here before too
Come on, it's a bar. So who exactly cares if "the cooking" is uninspired? As long as there's a drink on your table, and a drink there always is and will be, everything else fades into insignificance
