It's the holy grail for anyone in the hospitality business - that mix of music, atmosphere and good food, that keeps tourists and locals coming back time and time again.
At Studio 9, they've certainly got their eye on the ball in this respect. The venue defines itself as a social grill and lounge - which while suggesting something along vague cannibalistic lines, does kind of sum up what goes on here. The food, though experimental, tends towards new takes on established ideas such as burgers, pizza and steak, but they do cater for vegetarians too. And, there's often live entertainment, in the form of music or stand up comedy.
