About as close as you can get to al fresco dining in a city with decidedly temperamental weather, Vapiano gives a great impression of light and airy dining in central Vilnius. You order up your food directly with the chefs, who then prepare rather delicious food (think pizzas, pasta and salads) in the open kitchen. The canteen style servery is not common in this part of the world, and in Vapiano it does not necessarily come with much lower prices, but overall the standard of the food is high and the portions more than satisfying.
