Visiting the Warsaw Philharmonic this month is the New London Consort, celebrating the 350th anniversary of the birth of English Baroque composer Henry Purcell. The Consort will perform Purcell's most famous work, his opera Dido and Aeneas. This piece had a particularly strong influence on the works of 20th century composers such as Benjamin Britten and Michael Nyman. Concert starts at 7pm.
