Room for rent

I have room (ca. 16m2) for rent for one non-smoking person in double bedroom flat at Nowolipki Street (close to Jana Pawła). Flat is around 50m2, furnished, has 2 rooms, big separate kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Flat is without landlord, second room is taken by me, Polish professional, 26.
