hey, I’ m looking for roommate to share a flat:) This is a new, clean apartment where you can enjoy your free time. The building itself is protected, so you will always feel safe and secure. The flat is located in the very fashionable Praga district, on Ząbkowska Street...where the heart of Warsaw beats. There are a few pubs only a few steps away from the building. You are not limited by choice on your way home after hard day at work. There is a convenience store right next to the entrance, as well, which will provide you with anything you think of at the last minute. It is so close that you can go there in your pajamas ;) No more than a 5 minute walk away, you'll find Carrefour and a fruit market. The apartment is perfect for people who need space. There are two bedrooms, a big kitchen with a dining area, and a spacious living room -so you don't have to sit in your room all the time. The kitchen is fully equipped - fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher. It is perfect if you like to cook for yourself or for your friends :) The bedrooms have courtyard views, so you can enjoy a peaceful sleep. It takes about 8 minutes to get to the underground by tram, and the Old Town is so close that you can get there by foot. Ideal flatmate: 25+, working, non-smoker (at least in the flat), not having problems with keeping neat and clean - The duties are divided between both us or we're sharing the cost of a cleaning lady ;) It only costs 1200zł + fees: water, electricity, gas and internet.
