Young people mostly don't have problems to communicate in English so if u go to a club ,especially in the center of Warsaw, u will always meet somebody to talk to, the rest, like everywhere, depands on your "personal" skills:)

When you move to a new city it always takes time to meet new friends. Don't be put off by Warsaw - there are lots of decent people here. Sometimes the best start you can make is through your work or student colleagues (if you are working or studying) Let us know how you get on!

How long are you going to be in the city? Are you planning to learn Polish?
