The Amber Room Restaurant is located in the Sobański Palace, on one of the most prestigious streets in Warsaw – Ujazdowskie Avenue.
The Palace remains a secluded and distinguished place – ideal for those thirsting for a unique atmosphere in the shade of the nearby park's trees.
The restaurant offers exquisite cuisine, tastefully combining culinary trends with Polish tradition. The Head Chef personally oversees each meal as it is prepared, taking care to select the ingredients and combine flavours. The á la carte menu includes dishes served on a regular basis, which come in a delightful variety of versions; there are also new meals inspired by the changing seasons.
Apart from the seasonal á la carte menu, the Head Chef recommends his special creations in a seven-course tasting menu, a seated menu and a buffet. Particularly popular is the Business Lunch, available from Monday to Friday, consisting of an appetizer, main course and dessert for PLN 79 per person. On Saturdays and Sundays, the Amber Room Restaurant offers a special weekend menu.
In 2011, 2012 and 2013, the Amber Room found a deserved place in the Michelin Guide.
In April 2013 in the Amber Room was opened the first and the only Krug Embassy – the unique room for tasting Krug champagne with special menu for 12 guests.
