With this project, Gessler has focused on the classics of Italian cooking, serving up traditional dishes with the freshest of ingredients. No culinary detail has been spared with the preparation of Bellini's pizza, pasta, meat, and fish dishes. The restaurant's gothic cellar is filled with rustic touches and the smell of fresh herbs creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxed evening out.
