Step inside this restaurant and savour a taste of India in miniature. The decor echoes the spirit of the grand world of the Maharajahs, with ornately carved tables and wooden furnishings from across the ages. The Indian chefs draw on traditional classics but often venture into experimental territory, giving a contemporary twist to well known dishes. Try their excellent Daal Khandari or the delicate Murgh Rahra (chicken cooked with almonds). Add to this a fine array of wines and beers and you have the makings of a top evening out.

I was there today on my birthday, we were 5 girls. Got the best and politest service ever which is really rare in Poland. The food was delicious. I could not recommend the corn-soup, but this is because I simply did not like the taste of it.
But the more typical Indian food was so fresh. And the mango lassi was perfectly balanced. They contributed to a lovely ending of the day!
very poor service, food is like from a jar you would get in a super market, really stay clear!!
Great atmosphere perfect service in English or Polish very authentic Indian food if you like Indian food its the place to be and ORIGNAL KEBABS
i loved the ambience....to top it all the food was so aunthentic.....we had the bhuna gosht and chicken tikka masala...simply the best....am sure sticking around for more....QUALITY stuff!
You don't have to be a genius to make spicy food, but to make very good spicy food takes some skills and India Curry def have them.
I am new to warsaw live to here for 3 years bt in first month i was not satisfied with the food fortunatily i found this by mine boss and i visited here.it seems that i am in india.its wonderfull with good taste of food and i enjoyed a lot there.and surly i would like to be the permanent custmor of this restaurent in future
I have to say that I also find the negative reviews rather odd. I think it is one of the best curry houses in Warsaw. Possible only complaint is that I think the portions are a little on the mean side.
Having livd in Warsaw now for 11 months, i have tried all of the indian places to eat, Whoever on this review site has panned this place obviously knows nothing about indian cuisine. This is the best level of curry in warsaw. So its not the cheapest, but it is far the best. Strange thatmost of the people complaining are americans. Go round the corner and you will find a McDonalds to satisfy your craving for sub standard garbage!
All the bad reviews are absurd. I'm INDIAN (though I've lived in the U.S. my whole life), and this is great food. I've been here several times and have yet to be disappointed. The food, the portions, & the extensive menu is great. Every dish has its own distinct flavour (which IMO is hard to do when it comes to Indian food). To top it off, the staff is so nice!! My only reservation about the restaurant is that it's a bit pricey -- but so are all the other Indian restaurants in Warsaw.
There should be a law against such bad horrible food and such bad service. When I saw the bill, i almost fainted. Do not go there. It really bad like all the others bad reviews say.
This used to be very good and I went there on a couple of occasions. For that reason I invited a colleague for a diner on 7.2.2008 and I was quite disappointed that this time they did not live up to the expectations. We took the cheap (PLN 130) menu for 2 persons, chicken curry + few other dishes.
Both amount (not enough so we ordered some more against extra charge) and taste (flat) were rather disappointing.
I sure hope that this was a one time bad luck occasion.
Some of the worst food I have ever tasted in my life. A complete waste of time trying to reason with the staff as most of them do not even understand real Indian cuisine.
The food, ambience and service was truly outstanding. The Bhindi masala and Dal Makhani are the real deal and were perfect accompaniments to their fluffy bread. India Curry ranks with the best of the best!
Salamzz..good atmosphere, friendly staff and a good selection of Indian dishes to choose from the ones we tried were excellent and very filling, definatley the place to go if you are really hungry ! ....
I have been to Warsaw several times, but tried dining at India Curry for the first time last month - and I must say.......Its been the best experience I have ever had with Indian cuisine!! They have the ultimate Curry!!! My future trips to Warsaw will be complete only after my visit to India Curry.
i am John Adams from the food inspection in the USA. i travel around the world and India Curry is so far the best Indian food i have ever eaten. even in india i have not been able to eat such good food. it has got the indian atmosphere with some great indian traditional songs and videos (during the evening in a huge screen).
