Me and my friend Lousie have been living in Poznan in the apartment rented from Pepe Housing for a month now. We are living basically 10 minutes walk from the University, so its very convenient. I can recommend this website as a good choice for finding rooms for Erasmus in Poland

I've rented a room in Poznan with my friend. The apartment was clean and the contact with the landlord was very good.

I found my room for Erasmus in Warsaw using this website and was very happy with the result, the apartment looks the same as in the pictures. I think it is a good website to use when you are looking for a room for your Erasmus in Poland

They are just vile slumlords who mistreat people who are unfortunate enough to sign a rental contract with them. Don't trust ads that show you well-ventilated, spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. I went to see with my own eyes the room rented for my son for 4 months: an unsanitary cubbyhole in a tiny apartment where 7 people are crammed in with a small window and a small table, a small single bed with a soft mattress: that's what my 1.95 m son slept curled up on. Add to this unworthy rental conditions: impossible to terminate the lease whatever the reason unless you pay the entire rental which is very expensive. This site was recommended to me by my son's school, I will hasten to tell them that we must stop advising it to our young people so that they are no longer mistreated in this way. When you do business, it's not by behaving in this way that you succeed!

Ce sont juste d'ignobles marchands de sommeil qui maltraitent les personnes qui ont le malheur de souscrire un contrat de location avec eux. Ne vous fiez pas aux annonces qui vous montrent des chambres bien aérées, spacieuses, propres et confortables. Je suis allée voir de mes propres yeux la chambre louée pour mon fils pendant 4 mois : un réduit insalubre dans un appartement minuscule où l'on entasse 7 personnes avec une petite fenêtre et une petite table, un petit lit d'une place avec un matelas mou : c'est sur ça que mon fils d' 1, 95 m a dormi recroquevillé. Ajoutez à cela des conditions de location indignes : impossible de résilier le bail quel que soit le motif sauf à payer l'intégralité de la location qui est très chère. Ce site m'a été conseillé par l'école de mon fils, je vais m'empresser de leur dire qu'il faut cesser de le conseiller à nos jeunes afin qu'ils ne soient plus maltraités ainsi. Quand on fait du business, ce n'est pas en se comportant de la sorte qu'on y réussit !

My experience with Pepehousing was nothing short of a horrendous nightmare. I rented a room for 4 months, only to find a living space that was light-years away from the illusion they painted in their photos. The room was dusty, the furniture looked like it belonged in a junkyard, and the bathroom was infested with mold, which posed a serious health risk, especially given my asthma. But the real nightmare began when I tried to address these issues. Pepehousing displayed a shocking lack of empathy and customer service. They initially refused to offer a refund, shamelessly prioritizing the landlord's interests over my health and well-being. After countless arguments and genuine concerns for my health, they reluctantly agreed to a refund, but not before charging me an exorbitant 100€ for cleaning issued by the landlord, even though I had spent just one night there. Pepehousing is, without a doubt, one of the most disrespectful companies I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. My experience was a stark warning: steer clear of Pepehousing at all costs. I'm sharing this so others don't have to endure the same nightmare

STAY AWAY FOREIGNERS AND EVERYONE WHO DOESN'T HAVE 60 DAYS TO CANCEL THEIR ROOM!!! This agency are nothing but theives with no empathy..I booked a room from them 30 about days before arrival and unfortunately my visa got denied and I told them about a week before my check-in and asked for refund, for just the room rent and they can keep the agency and booking fee as penalty, they blatantly refused saying their cancellation policy is 60 days. this makes no sense if I booked 30 days before. Mind you the landlord of the house understood the situation and would have been fine with me getting a refund but pepehousing decided to keep both agency/booking fee and rent. the landlord got nothing, that's stealing.. you are better off booking with student housing like SHEDLIVIN and the rest, they have a refund policy for visa denial with proof..if you booking less than 60 days before check-in just know you are booking a non-refundable room, if plans change or you arrive and hate your room Pepehousing will do nothing and will keep your money. 60 days cancellation is criminal.

Notre fils a annulé sa réservation quelques jours avant son départ,car l'appartement était situé trop loin de son université. Le propriétaire n'a jamais rendu la caution,les responsables du site sont aux abonnés absents, comme le propriétaire...qui avait retrouvé un locataire 12 h après... Après renseignement auprès de personnes compétentes en Pologne, cela est interdit également de garder une caution en Pologne, celle ci peut être retenue en cas de dégâts causés par le locataire qui engageraient des frais de remise en état,ce qui n'est pas le cas ici. Ceci n'est ni plus,ni moins que du Vol. Il est facile ainsi de faire de l'argent sur le dos des étudiants Erasmus... Si nous avions été attentifs aux commentaires plus tôt, nous n'aurions jamais fait la transaction.

I had good experience using Pepe Housing service. The landlord was a nice person and room was exactly like on the pictures.

Higher prices with additional "booking fee" for the same flats in comparison to fb, OLX, Otodom and Gumtree. The choice is yours...

Not a single star even - I've been to a few of these stores and it seems impossible to get a simple washing, drying and curls make-over. Only because of extensions. Redicolous. Will never go there again.

Take care, I booked a room through this platform. The condition of the room and also the entire flat was really poor and did not correspond with the description and pictures presented by pepehousing.com (dirty (!), no WiFi, broken washing machine,..). Pepe Housing did not reply to complaints and the landlord refused to take care of these issues

Najmniej profesjonalny salon w jakim byłem. Zero skupienia na kliencie, jego potrzebach i oczekiwaniach. Jedyny cel jaki zauważyłem to Target marki i trening kiepskich technik sprzedaży. Pan z tatuazem na dłoni(nożyczki) przeszedł sam siebie "besztając" znajomego za kiepski stan włosów i dopuszczenie do łysienia androgenowego. Celem bylo oczywiscie sprzedanie kuracji na łysienie za 750 zł. Absolutnie nie polecam!!!

Super atmosphere, great teachers, low prices for the courses, nice stuff

The best school I have ever been studying in. The most professional teachers (native speakers), who are also examiners of State exam of Polish. That is a really high level school! The school based in city center in authentic building, stayed after the World War II. I was impressed, because in Warsaw there are not so many original buildings. According to the school experience of teaching foreigners for 8 years, the school has been creating and developing their own book and materials for students. Very clear program of studying, which includes grammar, conversions, exercises, even language games. When you buy a group course you will get the interactive online course of Polish with the 8 months access, which is helpfull for students who really want to learn, as me. Thank you, guys!! I can say from my heart “Polecam!” about your school. Wish you all best and see you again this year!! ❤️

My daughter and I took a two-week intensive Polish class with the teachers at Klub Dialogu. It was a wonderful experience! Not only did we learn a lot of Polish, but we learned a lot about Warsaw and about Poland as well--history, food, culture, traditions. The teachers are friendly, enthusiastic and highly-qualified. I can't recommend Klub Dialogu highly enough!

I'm learning polish for some months at Klub Dialogu after also learning at another school aborad. I can say that the method they have developed is very intuitive and learning friendly. Therefore you learn grammar without noticing it which in polish is a big pro. The teachers are very competent and friendly like the rest of the staff that create a homy ambience. They're also very flexible when it came to schedule my individual lessons since I travel a lot. I hope this relationship keeps on :)

Everything is great here, not to mention Wioletta the greatest teacher, who knows how to conduct the student throught difficult topics. Most important: she shares the hard work with the student and does not simply give an exercise and expect the student have all motivation and creativity necessary
