Editor's review
There's only so many trite cliches, happy endings and picket-fence smiles a man can take before he wants to vomit his popcorn back into its cheap, fold-up box. If you're one of those people who would rather pour tabasco sauce on their gingivitis than watch Hugh Grant fluff his lines with another dappy red-head, then Kino Atom is definitely the place for you. Their programme of world cinema is sure to excite real film fans everywhere and provide that much needed antidote to a surfeit of Hollywood cheese. Films are screened in their original language with Polish subtitles.

When I was in Wroclaw last year I went to Atom regularly for screenings. The best part is that in Poland films have subtitles and are not dubbed so I was able to watch all films in English with no problem.
