Bon Appetit! in the Ethnographic Museum
Heath honey from Lower-Silesian woods, traditionally baked bread and the mysteriously sounding 'golabki kruzewnickie' are only a starter to an exquisite feast taking place in the Ethnographic Museum on 14th June (Saturday).
From 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. you're welcome to attend the culinary contest called "Our Cultural Heritage". The products will be judged in two categories: the best traditional local product and the best traditional Lower-Silesian dish. Warning! We are now giving you the list of products that may whet your appetite! Get ready for some delicious meat and fish, tender poultry, fresh milk and cheese, stuffings and leaven as well as sweet honey, juices and local beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). And here comes the best part - the admission's free!
