Concert: Chopin, Mendelssohn

The second of this month’s two Chopin 2010-related concerts, this one is a little more intimate focusing on the master’s chamber music and Polish song arrangements to be performed by mezzo-soprano Urszula Kryger. Konstanty Andrzej Kulka (violin), Tomasz Strahl (cello), and Krzystof Jablonski (piano) will participate in performances of Chopin’s cello sonata in E-major, piano trio in G-minor, the aforementioned songs, and F. Mendelssohn-Bartholdy piano trio in D-minor. Tickets 15-60 zloty. Concert starts at 6pm.
