Exhibition: History of the Iron and Washing Equipment

Ever wondered about the history and technological development of household equipment such as the iron? Well it doesn’t matter now, because the National Museum is ready to school you. Glass and 17th century Silesian irons, hand-cranked and “cosmic” washing machines, and full-sized, meticulously recreated historic tailor’s workshop and a 19th century kitchen are just some of the attractions at this one-of-a-kind exhibition.
