Train to Heaven Opens

After much planning, preparation, and advance exhibitions and celebrations, Wroclaw’s largest urban sculpture - the Train to Heaven - will be unveiled this month on Strzegomski square. The inauguration will officially begin at noon with several guests attending, including city mayor Rafal Dutkiewicz who will receive the work on the city’s behalf from the artist Andrzej Jarodzki and firm Archicom. In the evening a colourfully lit up Train will be serenaded by the industrial band All Sounds Allowed.
