Pan Cao Pu

The newest exhibition at Wroclaw’s Gallery of Glass and Ceramics, part of the BWA group of galleries, is Pan Cao Pu (Mr. Cao Pu), a collection of ceramic works by Gabriel Palowski, a Wroclaw native. Palowski has spent a significant amount of time China learning techniques from Cao Pu, a manufacturer of porcelain objects based on traditional techniques from the times of Ming dynasty. This exhibition displays the fruit of Palowski’s education and his own interpretation of these ancient techniques.
