Have you heard that Wroclaw wants to join the list of port cities of Poland? Really! They have started their attempts long ago with Shant & Folk, a famous music festival, so successful, that it's been held for over 20 years. Aye, sea is definitely in Wroclaw - at least when you judge by its love for raging waves and tough sailor's life expressed in deep-voice songs of those rugged sea wolves.
