I am afraid you are right! Of course all countries and towns have their "rotten apples" but after 5 months living here I have to say that the people are the most CONSISTENTLY rude bunch I have ever come across in 60 odd years of travel around the world! One consolation is that the rudeness is apparently not directed only at foreigners but at each other as well!
