Relatives

My grandparents lived in Wroclaw before world war II. Their names were Paul and Selma Kampe. They had two sons, Herbert and Gerhard. They also adopted a daughter Margot. My grandfather worked for the railway and my grandmother worked in a mental health hospital. How can I find out anything about the family history and whether I have any relatives in Poland?
