New years eve advice

Hello I'm thinking about going to Wroclaw for new years eve, and I would like to know if the city offers options for enjoying it. Our first plan was to go to Krakow but we were told that this year their festival was not going to be bigger as than previous years. So about Wroclaw, is there good places for partying in new years eve? I also heard about a festival in a market in Wroclaw that attracts a lot of people? How is it? We are a group of students that are trying to find a place to have fun for new years, so any further information regarding it in Wroclaw or other cities in Poland would be very welcomed.
