It seems that in Wroclaw the Christmas Markets really vary from year to year, unlike in cities such as Krakow. I'm sure even if there is no larger Christmas Market at that time, you'll find plenty of smaller booths and stands around the Old Town selling some great things (and snacks too I bet!)
