The La Folie (French for passion) is a nouvelle culinary concept, aimed at creating stunningly tasty, original and innovative dishes. Located in the very heart of Wroclaw, the La Folie draws the best from both traditional French recipes, and boldly composes new flavours. To create the original culinary combinations, the restaurant pays great attention to the ingredients used. The meat comes only from affiliated breeders, from Poland, Argentina, the USA, the Netherlands and Japan. The majority of dishes is prepared using the sous vide method, which gives them a subtle flavour and preserves their nutritious qualities. The menu is seasonal, always complemented with a rich wine list.
