Reviews of Entertainment in Zagreb
Hello. My name is Pauline, I have a very unusual hobby - I collect souvenirs (magnets, pens and notepads etc) of the various organizations. Unfortunately, I can not visit your zoo and the most souvenirs, so I want to ask you to send me any souvenir with the logo of your zoo. If you have such an opportunity, I will be very grateful to you. My address: 603044 Russia, Nizhniy Novgorod, ul Generala Klyueva 6-21 Thank you very much. Good luck and good luck to you!
It is a good cinema for an ex-communist country. Croatia is modernizing at a rapid pace, albeit still well behind countries in the region in terms of their cinemas
one of my favourite hangout in zagreb used to be lake jarun... so badly wanna be back there
It was too big. Grass was hideous. I shall never go there again.
It is a small zoo granted, but it is still a great way to spend half a day, always keeps the kids happy.
my best nights and my best days, were in jarun!! i just want to go back to dance in piranha, go out from there at 6 am, watching the sun comming out, go to sleep, and then, come back at 12 pm to swim in the lake and to take the sun all day long!! :(
This is the man who bet a million on black when it came up red. This is the man who married a sex kitten just as she turned into a cat. This is the man who moved into the smart money just as the smart money moved out. Nice place though:)
Feels a bit like a small Hyde Park.
A perfect escape in summer.
It's a nice western-style cinema. Not that that's anything new these days.
WTF are you talking about? Croatia was never communist. Why are people like you allowed to write review sites?
Broadway has changed owners and is called Movieplex now. Still shows the same kind of movies. As for the "old cinemas in Zagreb" there are two that don't show Blockbuster Hollywood style: Kino Europa (Cinema Europe- www.kinoeuropa.hr)is run by people from Zagreb Film Festival who organise various film festivals and various film festivals are organised right here in Europa itself (e.g. Animafest). Regular programme includes films from Berlinale, Cannes, etc. The second cinema is Tuökanac cinema (www.filmski-programi.hr/english) shows art films from various countries. Entrance is often free of charge. For those who don't know: in Croatia, films are subtitled not dubbed (at least not yet).
true- like being back home. good quality cinema... but then again, the western style is not always what you're looking for :) any idea for some nice, old cinemas in zagreb?
on a hot day everybody but everybody heads out to Jarun lake. It's perfect! watersports, Croatian girls in bikinis and at night fantastic clubs like piranha and aquarius. if you can't make it to the coast then this is nearly as good
I got completely taken to the cleaners here, but then that will teach me not to drink AND gamble at the same time in future! The croupiers were very nice however!
