I was in Zakopane in May 2012 and there was an International Gorale dance festival. I plan on bringing a group in 2015 and wonder if there are any festivals going on at that time?

Uważam, ze sobie jaja robicie. Na najwyższym poziomie to badziewie????? Jaka kultura na najwyższym poziomie. Występują sami studenci, repertuar kiepski, w samym muzeum nic nie ma. Pusto!!!! To jest na najwyższym poziomie???? żenada.

it's greaat

Having a chance to learn about Witkacy while playing a small role in The Madman and the Nun at the Ambassador Theater in Washington, DC last year was a real treat. I would love to visit the Witkacy Theatre at a future date and have an opportunity to perform in another of his plays.

Witkacy was crazy, but very kind :) . He was genius. I'm from Zakopane ;) . So I know it :D .

And I'm from Poland.Yes, Szymanowski is very famous compositor. :D .

Definitely worth visiting!

I visited this lovely museum 7/09. My ancestor Father Jozef Stolarczyk is pictured therein. He was a remarkable man who greatly influenced the development of the area. A visit to the little wooden church, built by him, was remarkable. I hope to return to this area again and stay longer to enjoy the history and beauty

I'm not going to pretend that i "understood" all the meanings, metaphors, whatever, but this is definitely a mad place. Very freaky, but in a good way, if you catch my drift...!

We tried to get in here on a Saturday but it had shut half an hour early. Shame.

Amazing, uncanny, weird!!

At the end of August I visited Zakopane.It is a very beautiful resort and Tatra Museum was for me a surprise because in this museum I could see a lot of objects from Tatra region.

You have a typo in your comment on Witkacy's death. He did not die in 1917, he committed suicide in 1939...

He is my favourite artist in the world.~Great Imagine full of the Mysteries.~That,s Him for us...
