Tadasana (in Sanskrit) means The Mountain Pose, a posture which builds the strength and stability associated with the mountains.
The studio is located in Krupówki Street, in the heart of the city and provides an inviting and caring environment for people of all ages and levels interested in the yoga practice.
This studio is about growth, self-discovery, and the chance to begin again. We pay close attention to our students, and during the classes we focus on alignment, balance and community. Yoga is a journey, and we want to share the journey with you.

A message from Tadasana Yoga Studio
I grew up in Tirana, Albania and have been living in Poland since 2000. I first encountered yoga in 2006 while working in a highly stressful environment, having back-pain problems and after having tried different forms of sports. I was inspired and amused by the difference I felt in my body, soon started practicing myself and maintaining a consistent practice with wonderful, insightful, and knowledgeable teachers. In 2010 I enrolled in Teacher Course approved by Polish Association of Iyengar Yoga (further referred as PAIY), attained Introductory I Teacher Diploma assigned by PAIY and since then have been leading - as a certified teacher - yoga classes in Warsaw for adults as well as for children. I also co-founded the Cultural Yoga Project – promoting the yoga practice in Cultural Centers in Warsaw. Currently I am attending the Teacher Course for Introductory II Diploma affiliated by PAIY. In October 2012 I fulfilled one of my greatest dreams and founded the Tadasana Yoga Studio, a community oriented center where friends can come together to share a conversation of yoga in a supportive environment. I graduated Finance and Banking in Warsaw School of Economics and have had several years of working experiences in the banking sector. I am fluent in Albanian, English, Italian and Polish. I feel deep gratitude towards all the teachers, students, and supportive family members and friends that have guided, helped, and inspired me along the way.
