The exhibition of farming life in the Tatra mountains is based on a farm that can in fact be traced all the way back to the 16th century. It focuses not just on the rural activities and lifestyles of the past 400 years and more, but also on the history of this picturesque little village and its surroundings. Key points of interest include the former homes of two writers - Bohdan Zaleski, the Romantic poet, and Seweryn Goszczyński, another poet, who was fascinated with the Tatra mountains, and the people who inhabited them.
