4th European Fair of Regional Products

The 7th Cheese Festival and the Redyk (Trailing of the Sheep) are the main events of the Zakopane festival of the regional food, aimed to promote the culture of the Carpathian peoples. The ever-present elements of the festival are also fairs, workshops, and demonstrations of the folk art and handicraft. The event will also be accompanied by the milking demonstrations, sheep shearing and 'oscypek' (the sheep cheese) making.
