Planning our days

Hi, me and my mom are planning to go to Zakopane from Jan 13-Jan 16. We have booked our stay at Willa Orla. I have been to Zakopane a few times but my mom never has and I would like to plan a memorable trip for her. She isn't into skiing. The places I would like to take her is: Morskie Oko, Cmentarsz na Peksowym Brzyzku, Kasprowy Wierch, Gubalowka, sleigh ride and snowmobile trip. We should arrive Jan 13 around noon. I'm just not sure what days to do what. I know the times we are going are start of the kids ferie and I know things are going to be very busy. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
