Got a common cold? Or maybe an even more common hangover? No need to lie in bed during your precious holiday time. Head over to Krupowki street and pick yourself up some remedies a la Polska! It's a bit of a lottery whether the lady in a white coat will be able to speak angielski, so have your phrasebook handy or be prepared to pull off a pantomime performance... Nine times out of ten you get the right stuff! Alternatively hedge your bets my trying the other two chemists on Krupowki at numbers 39 and 75.
